Coronavirus Update 26th June 2020
The UK is slowly opening up following the lockdown period. Many shops are now opening with social distancing measures in place and from 5th of July Pubs, Restaurants and Cinemas can re-open. Gyms and swimming pools will remain closed but some normality is returning.
Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales have different rules. So keep up to date with what is allowed in your part of the world.
Keith lives right on the border of Wales and can easily cross into England across a footbridge if you need any paperwork signed. The last time Wales & England had different rules was when alcohol was banned on a Sunday in Wales in 1881. People used to cross the border for a Pint on a Sunday. It wasn't abolished until 1961, Dwyfor - now part of Gwynedd - were the last district to drop the ban in 1996.
